first_img Related The official opening weekend of The Triathlon Shop is taking place this coming Saturday and Sunday, 28-29 June, at the retailer’s new flagship store on Millennium Promenade, Bristol Harbourside. Throughout the weekend, there will be demo rides, technical presentations, talks, tours and a charity raffle alongside the chance to see what will become a ‘must visit’ outlet for all triathletes, runners, cyclists and swimmers.The shop has moved from its original location in Temple Quay, Bristol, in order to expand on the services it is able to provide to customers. The new shop is 6 times bigger than the old one and features a swimming pool, gait analysis suites, workshop, newfit bike fitting room and treatment room alongside a social space for customers to enjoy… and plenty of retail space!Open now in the Harbourside area of Central Bristol, The Triathlon Shop occupies 9000sq foot of retail space. Upstairs, customers can find a stand alone bike shop called The Cycle Shop, which stocks some of the world’s most desirable cycling brands such as Bianchi, Argon 18, Felt, Orbea, Genesis, Enve, Mavic, Castelli, Kask and Oakley.On the ground floor are the swim, run and triathlon departments stocking kit from Adidas, Saucony, On, Salomon, Zoot, Orca and Speedo to name a few. The Triathlon Shop is also now Bristol’s premier Oakley eyewear dealer and features an impressive ‘store in store’.The shop has already had a phenomenal response with customers feedback including:“An amazing set up.
